Introduction
Paul Verlaine was born in this house on March, 30th 1844. The architecture is very simple and is only distinguishable by the entrance porch built in the Louis 15 style. There are permanent and temporary exhibitions about Verlaine's life and work, as well as literary activities. Guided tours available on request.
