Espace bernard marie koltes

The Espace Bernard-Marie Koltès - Metz is a theater recognized as a "Scène conventionnée d'intérêt national" by the French Ministry of Culture, and dedicates its programming to contemporary writing. Contemporary theatrical writing is characterized by its innovative exploration of narrative forms and its engagement with current social issues.

The theater is located on the Ile du Saulcy, in a green setting on the Université de Lorraine campus, in the heart of Metz.

Throughout the season, you'll find performances by regional and national companies, as well as meetings with artists, exhibitions, student projects, workshops, festivals and a writing competition.
