Introduction
Home of the Fonds Régional d’Art Contemporain de Lorraine (FRAC, Regional Fund for Contemporary Art) since 2004, it is a place for research, activities and a meeting place centred around exhibitions by international artists which are changed 4-6 times a year. It is the oldest civil building in Metz.
