Introduction
From lager to amber, white and dark beer, La Grenouille Assoiffée brewery, located in the commune of Vahl-les-Bénestroff, knows how to introduce new flavors. Caroline Ernst, who wanted to produce her own beer, launched her craft brewery in 2013 with the support of her husband Jean-Marc. Evolving from year to year, the brewery now offers a wide range of beers, which are constantly being renewed, notably with seasonal beers such as the Morello cherry lager from Montmorency added in 2019.
