Introduction
Taken over in 1999 by a couple of oenologists committed to an engaging and vigorous approach: biodynamic cultivation. Marie-Geneviève, an oenologist by profession, comes from a large family of wine merchants, the Hennequins. Norbert, also an oenologist, has worked all over the world as a "wine maker".
Moselle wines are produced on 14 hectares of hillsides overlooking the Moselle River. 10 min from the city centre of Metz, the building, transformed in 1870, has 13th century cellars.
Certified Organic Agriculture (AB) and biodynamic (demeter).
